These studio terms outline production timelines, shipping logistics, installation coordination, and acquisition conditions for commissioned and limited concrete works.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

All works are produced to order unless otherwise noted.
Typical lead times range from 4–12 weeks depending on scale, finish complexity, curing requirements, and installation coordination.

SHIPPING

Works are professionally crated and shipped both domestic and internationally via specialized freight carriers.
Logistics are coordinated per project based on scale, destination, access conditions, and service level.
White-glove delivery and installation coordination may be available upon request.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are considered final.
Any shipping damage must be documented at the time of delivery and reported immediately so appropriate action can be taken with the freight carrier.

INSTALLATION

Architectural works may require licensed installers, site coordination, or structural review depending on the scope of integration.
Installation support, documentation, and consultation can be provided where required.

PAYMENT

Commissions typically require a deposit to initiate production, with remaining balance due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Limited editions and available works may require full payment to reserve.

Trade Coordination Standard

While we coordinate technical tolerances with all site trades (millwork, glazing, etc.), The Concrete Anomaly operates under independent contractual milestones. This ensures that fabrication schedules are insulated from secondary trade variables, maintaining a direct path to project completion for the client.
